EXECUTIVE-LEVEL Operations, Product Development, Program and Project Management

Mission, Vision, Values

Mission:

It is my mission to be the best husband, father, worker, and friend that I can be.  I will accomplish this through a work hard/play hard strategy, achieving a good work/life balance while ensuring economic security for my family, and making sure I live each day consistent with my core values.  I will be a man of high integrity… an honest, straight-shooter that gets results at work and spends quality time with his family and friends, while making time for personal growth and continual improvement in every aspect of my life.

Vision (April 2009):

In five years, my savings toward retirement will have doubled and my family will be in a stable economic position.  I will be an executive at a dynamic firm I believe in, surrounded by talented people I can learn from.  I will contribute at a high level there to improving the company, community, and planet.  I will live closer to work so I can achieve better life/work balance.  I will be in better shape than I am today.  My family will be happy, and believe in me.  We will have a lot of fun together.  I will have written not one, but two, books.
